BSI is a data tool that measures macro economic conditions as they relate to Bitcoin. BSI is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, or dealer. Nothing on BSI constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice.
BSI does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any asset. The regime score (0–100) describes environmental conditions — not future price direction. A STRONG reading does not mean Bitcoin will rise. A WEAK reading does not mean Bitcoin will fall.

BSI explicitly does not predict Bitcoin prices or any other asset prices. All content, scores, signals, and indicators are descriptive of current macro conditions — not predictive of future performance. Past regime readings do not guarantee future price performance.
BSI uses data from third-party sources including Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko, Alternative.me, FRED (Federal Reserve Economic Data), CoinGlass, and Glassnode. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is accurate, complete, or current at all times. Data may be delayed or unavailable due to third-party API limitations.
BSI displays a "Data Delayed" notice when data freshness cannot be confirmed. Do not rely on BSI as your sole source of financial market data.

Bitcoin Strength Index LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BSI or reliance on any information provided by BSI.
